Good value for money. Needs many important but quick fixes.
Positive: New-ish apartment. Comfortable beds. Airconditioned. No power outages. Water pressure was good. Large living/ dining area. Good valkue for money.
Negative: Most things in the list below are pretty easy to fix. Someone just needs to pay attention to details.
Bugs were crawling in the kitchen & bathrooms.
The cooking range was non-operational.
Two out of three bathrooms had a narrow shower area with no shower curtain, which meant showering would inevitably get the entire bathroom wet.
Very limited/ no basic supplies in bathroom or kitchen needed for 2 weeks long stay.
